• Creative artwork and design assets
• Social media graphics and promotional images
• Educational, informational, or business-related visuals
• Text-to-image generations based on non-harmful prompts
All content must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws.
The following content may be allowed only if it is lawful, consensual, and non-exploitative, and may be subject to review or limitations:
• Mild image retouching or cosmetic enhancement
• Artistic or stylized AI-generated portraits
• Face replacement or face swap content with proper rights and consent
• Images or AI-generated content involving public figures for parody, satire, or educational purposes
• Stylized or abstract nudity that is clearly artistic and non-pornographic
Nexva reserves the right to limit or refuse processing if content appears misleading, deceptive, or harmful.
The following content is strictly prohibited and must not be uploaded, generated, prompted, or distributed using Nexva.ai:
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in sexualized contexts
• Terrorist propaganda or extremist content
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or criminal activity
• Drug manufacturing or illegal substance promotion
• AI-generated content designed to facilitate real-world harm
• Pornographic or sexually explicit imagery, whether uploaded or AI-generated
• Fetish content or sexually suggestive depictions intended for arousal
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated or deepfake pornography
• Hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or sexual orientation
• Harassment, bullying, or threats directed at individuals or groups
• Content promoting discrimination of any kind
• Deepfakes or AI-generated images intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate individuals
• Identity theft or misuse of another person's likeness without consent
• Political manipulation, election interference, or AI-assisted misinformation campaigns
• Generating fake IDs, official documents, or government credentials
• Users must own or have lawful rights to all images uploaded to Nexva.ai
• Users are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals appearing in uploaded or generated images
• Nexva does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content
• Nexva may temporarily process content solely to provide the requested AI services
• AI-generated outputs may be used by users for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms
Nexva reserves the right to:
• Automatically or manually review uploaded and AI-generated content
• Reject or remove content that violates this policy
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required
